The smart charging pile system includes an integrated design for charging, parking, security monitoring, etc. The charging data, vehicle data, charging system, and monitoring system of the charging pile can be managed on a unified big data platform in the cloud, thereby realizing the intelligent and integrated charging of electric vehicles, greatly facilitating the travel efficiency of new energy vehicles.

2) Have high requirements for system real-time performance;

3) Have high requirements for data online rate.

Solution:

COME-STAR provides a centralized charging pile communication system that can aggregate the power grid data, monitoring data, battery data, and monitoring data of the charging pile through the wired LAN, and then transmit the data to the power grid through CIR685-W industrial router through the 4G/5G network. The intelligent management platform of the charging company is ultimately controlled by the monitoring center. It is suitable for public service charging pile platforms such as public transportation, logistics, rental, and highways. For decentralized terminal piles, COME-STAR uses industrial 4G DTU for data transmission. The discharge data and monitoring data of the charging pile are directly uploaded to the cloud platform through the 4G/5G network, and then the cloud platform distributes and transmits the data required by each unit to achieve remote centralized management and control.
